Virtual Vacation（虛擬度假）是一款獨立開發的環境海岸體驗 App。我們的原則是盡可能少蒐集資料。

• 我們不建立帳號、不要求註冊、不追蹤您的身分。
• 本機資料：您的度假時數、連續天數、收藏與偏好設定（例如優先場景、觸覺回饋）只儲存在您的裝置上，不會上傳到我們的伺服器。環境音效於裝置本機生成。
• 廣告（僅限免費版）：免費版透過 Google AdMob 顯示橫幅廣告。AdMob 可能會蒐集或使用裝置識別碼與廣告互動等資料，以提供與評估廣告，其處理方式依 Google 的政策辦理，詳見 Google 廣告與隱私權說明。升級為進階版後即不再顯示廣告，也不再載入廣告 SDK 的請求。您可在 iOS「設定 > 隱私權與安全性 > 追蹤」中管理 App 追蹤權限。
• 訂閱與購買：進階版的月訂閱、年訂閱與終身方案完全由 Apple App Store（StoreKit）處理，我們不會接觸您的付款資訊。
• 兒童：本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會故意蒐集其個人資料。
• 第三方服務：Apple App Store（訂閱與付款）、Google AdMob（免費版廣告）。

Virtual Vacation is an independently developed ambient-coast experience app. Our principle is to collect as little data as possible.

• No accounts, no registration, no identity tracking.
• On-device data: your calm minutes, day streak, favorites, and preferences (such as preferred scenery and haptics) are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Ambient audio is generated locally on device.
• Advertising (free tier only): the free tier shows banner ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect or use data such as device identifiers and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, handled under Google's policies — see Google Ads & Privacy. Upgrading to Premium removes ads and stops the ad SDK from making requests. You can manage app-tracking permission in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Subscriptions & purchases: monthly, annual, and lifetime Premium are handled entirely by the Apple App Store (StoreKit). We never see your payment details.
• Children: this app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
• Third parties: Apple App Store (billing), Google AdMob (free-tier ads).
