By downloading and using Steel Sky ("the Game") you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
The Game is free to download, contains ads served by Google AdMob, and offers optional in-app purchases (such as remove ads, coins, and a starter pack). All purchases are billed through the Apple App Store; consumable items (such as coins) are non-refundable once used. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its refund policy.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Effective date" at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
