鋼鐵蒼穹為獨立開發的休閒防禦遊戲。 Steel Sky is an independently developed casual defense game.

鋼鐵蒼穹（以下稱「本遊戲」）尊重你的隱私。本遊戲沒有註冊或登入機制，不會要求你提供姓名、Email 或任何帳號資訊，本身也不主動蒐集可識別你個人身分的資料。本政策說明本遊戲如何運作，以及涉及哪些第三方服務。

我們蒐集的資料

• 遊戲本身不蒐集你的個人資料：本遊戲沒有帳號系統，不會要求或上傳你的姓名、Email、通訊錄或位置。
• 廣告（由 Google AdMob 提供）：本遊戲以 Google AdMob 顯示廣告（橫幅、插頁與獎勵式廣告）。AdMob 為投放與衡量廣告，可能存取裝置的廣告識別碼（如 iOS IDFA）與一般裝置／使用資訊。在需要徵得同意的地區（例如歐洲經濟區），本遊戲會透過 Google 的使用者訊息平台（UMP）顯示同意視窗；在 iOS 上，是否分享 IDFA 由系統的「App 追蹤透明度（ATT）」授權決定，你可拒絕。詳見 Google 廣告與隱私。
• 內購（由 Apple 處理）：本遊戲提供「移除廣告」「金幣」「起步包」等 App 內購買，透過 Apple App Store 的 In-App Purchase（StoreKit）完成。付款與帳務由 Apple 處理，本遊戲不會也無法取得你的信用卡或 Apple ID 付款資料；本遊戲僅向裝置上的 StoreKit 查詢購買狀態以解鎖對應內容。
• 本機儲存：你的遊戲進度、金幣、設定與偏好存於裝置本機，不會上傳到我們的伺服器。

第三方服務

• Google AdMob：提供遊戲內廣告，適用 Google 隱私權政策。
• Apple App Store / StoreKit：處理內購與付款，適用 Apple 隱私權政策。

兒童

本遊戲不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會在知情情況下蒐集兒童個資。

你的權利

由於本遊戲不蒐集可識別個人的資料，通常沒有需要存取或刪除的個人資料。若有任何隱私疑問，請來信 apple@jikker.net。

Steel Sky ("the Game") respects your privacy. The Game has no sign-up or login, does not ask for your name, email, or any account, and does not itself collect personally identifiable information. This policy explains how the Game works and which third-party services are involved.

Information We Collect

• The Game itself does not collect your personal data. There is no account system; it does not request or upload your name, email, contacts, or location.
• Advertising (provided by Google AdMob). The Game shows ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) via Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may access device advertising identifiers (such as the iOS IDFA) and general device/usage information. In regions that require consent (e.g. the EEA), the Game presents a consent dialog through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP); on iOS, whether the IDFA is shared is governed by the system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, which you may decline. See Google Ads & Privacy.
• In-app purchases (handled by Apple). The Game offers purchases such as "Remove Ads", "Coins", and "Starter Pack" through Apple App Store In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Payment and billing are handled by Apple; the Game cannot access your card or Apple ID payment details. The Game only queries on-device StoreKit for purchase status to unlock the corresponding content.
• Local storage. Your game progress, coins, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob — serves in-game ads; governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit — handles in-app purchases and payments; see the Apple Privacy Policy.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Because the Game does not collect personally identifiable information, there is generally no personal data to access or delete. For any privacy question, email apple@jikker.net.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Effective date" at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
