MarsRadar（以下稱「本 App」）尊重你的隱私。本 App 的設計原則是盡量不蒐集任何可識別個人的資料。本政策說明本 App 如何運作，以及涉及哪些第三方服務。

我們蒐集的資料

• 我們不會蒐集你的個人資料：本 App 沒有註冊／登入機制，不要求你提供姓名、Email 或任何帳號資訊，也不內建廣告 SDK、分析 SDK 或位置追蹤。
• 內容資料（唯讀）：本 App 會從伺服器下載我們事先整理好的「動態摘要」JSON 來顯示。這是單向下載，過程中本 App不會上傳你的任何資料；提供內容傳遞的主機可能依其服務本身記錄一般網路存取日誌（如 IP）。
• 訂閱資料（由 Apple 處理）：Pro 訂閱透過 Apple App Store 的 In-App Purchase（StoreKit）完成。付款與帳務由 Apple 處理，本 App 不會也無法取得你的信用卡或 Apple ID 等付款資料；本 App 僅向裝置上的 StoreKit 查詢「目前是否為有效訂閱」這個狀態以解鎖功能。
• 本機儲存：你的偏好設定（語言、介面選項）與下載內容的快取存於裝置本機，不會上傳。

第三方服務

• Apple App Store / StoreKit：處理訂閱與付款，適用 Apple 隱私權政策。
• 內容傳遞主機：提供本 App 顯示的 JSON 內容下載，僅為內容傳遞用途，本 App 不會傳送你的個人資料給它。
• 外部新聞連結：點擊新聞會在 App 內以 Safari 檢視器（SFSafariViewController）開啟原始來源網站，該網站的資料蒐集適用其各自的隱私權政策。

兒童

本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會在知情情況下蒐集兒童個資。

你的權利

由於本 App 不蒐集可識別個人的資料，通常沒有需要存取或刪除的個人資料。若有任何隱私疑問，請來信 apple@jikker.net。

MarsRadar ("the App") respects your privacy. The App is designed to collect as little personally identifiable information as possible. This policy explains how the App works and which third-party services are involved.

Information We Collect

• We do not collect your personal data. The App has no sign-up or login, does not ask for your name, email, or any account, and contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or location tracking.
• Content data (read-only). The App downloads pre-curated "digest" JSON from our server to display. This is a one-way download; the App does not upload any of your data. The content-delivery host may keep ordinary access logs (e.g. IP) per its own service.
• Subscription data (handled by Apple). The Pro subscription is processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Payment and billing are handled by Apple; the App cannot access your card or Apple ID payment details. The App only queries on-device StoreKit for whether you currently hold an active subscription, to unlock features.
• Local storage. Your preferences (language, UI options) and the content cache are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded.

Third-Party Services

• Apple App Store / StoreKit — handles subscriptions and payments; see the Apple Privacy Policy.
• Content-delivery host — serves the JSON content the App displays, for content delivery only; the App does not send your personal data to it.
• External news links — tapping a story opens the original source in an in-app Safari view (SFSafariViewController); that website's data practices are governed by its own privacy policy.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Because the App does not collect personally identifiable information, there is generally no personal data to access or delete. For any privacy question, email apple@jikker.net.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Effective date" at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
