顏色獵人（以下稱「本 App」）尊重你的隱私。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、如何使用，以及第三方服務。

我們蒐集的資料

• 排行榜資料：當你通關並選擇上傳成績時，會上傳你自行輸入的暱稱、用時、難度與時間戳記到我們的雲端排行榜（Google 試算表，透過 Google Apps Script）。請勿在暱稱填入真實姓名等個資。
• 廣告資料（Google AdMob）：為顯示廣告，AdMob 可能蒐集裝置識別碼、IP 位址、廣告互動與粗略位置（由 IP 推估）等。若你同意追蹤（ATT），可能用於個人化廣告。
• 使用分析（Google Analytics for Firebase）：蒐集匿名/化名的使用資料，例如開啟次數、使用時長、遊玩事件、裝置型號與系統版本、粗略地區，協助我們改善遊戲。
• 本機儲存：你的偏好設定（音樂/音效/語音/語言）與本機最佳成績存於裝置本機，不會上傳。

我們「不」蒐集

不需註冊、不蒐集真實姓名、電話、Email、通訊錄或精確 GPS 位置。

兒童

本 App 為一般大眾設計，並非以兒童為主要對象。我們不會在知情下蒐集兒童個資。

你的選擇

• 可在 iOS「設定 > 隱私權與安全性 > 追蹤」關閉廣告追蹤；歐盟／英國用戶會看到廣告同意視窗。
• 不上傳成績即不會送出暱稱。

Color Hunter ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the third-party services involved.

Data we collect

• Leaderboard: When you finish and choose to submit your score, we upload a nickname you type yourself, your time, difficulty and a timestamp to our cloud leaderboard (a Google Sheet via Google Apps Script). Please don't put personal information in the nickname.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): To show ads, AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions and coarse location (from IP). With your tracking consent (ATT), it may be used for personalized ads.
• Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): Anonymous/pseudonymous usage data such as app opens, session length, gameplay events, device model and OS version, and coarse region, to help us improve the game.
• On-device storage: Your preferences (music/sound/voice/language) and local best times are stored on your device and are not uploaded.

What we do NOT collect

No account required; we do not collect real name, phone, email, contacts, or precise GPS location.

Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not primarily directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your choices

• You can turn off ad tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Users in the EU/UK will see an ad consent dialog.
• If you don't submit a score, no nickname is sent.
